Matthew Kleebauer: Contributor

Matthew lives solely for the joy of sitting in darkened rooms with strangers. He credits this to his mother who let him watch Goodfellas at a ridiculously young and impressionable age. Consequently he has devoted his life to the appreciation of film, and plans to have two masculine sons who he will name Martin and Stanley. His favourite cinema is the BFI.

Patrick lives solely for the joy of finding obscure Jean Luc Goddard posters in cinema stores. He was always popular with members of the opposite sex from a very early age, which is why his unflinching support for French cinema is believable, not some bullshit form of self-definition…he genuinely believes Breathless is one of the best films ever made. His favourite cinema is The Cameo in Edinburgh.

Alistair lives solely for the joy of watching characters in Michael Mann films plan eloborate heists in minute detail. As a result of this he has recurring dreams about taking down scores, and refuses to let himself get attached to anything he is not willing to walk out on in 30 seconds flat if he feels the heat around the corner. His favourite cinema is the basement at 51 Coopersale Road.
